Oscar is an artist-anthropologist who is fascinated by cultural expression and rituals. His personal work explores themes of contradictory semblance around value and group identity.

They were born in Bogota, Colombia as Oscar Avellaneda Celis Sanchez Moreno and immigrated to Alaska at the age of three. He's passionate about wellness, innovation and contrarian views.

He can be found contributing to emerging communities who value regenerative ways of being on the interwebs under his artist alias, Oki Ave.

Oki is available for editorial work, creative collabs and is especially interested in long-form photo essay that intersect with socioeconomics and sovereign movements.
